View source for Changing the Defaults on an Intake Sheet

:a)	It is easy to change the default values for a field on an intake sheet. It only requires six steps.
:b)	Find the form in the Navigation Pane pullout on the left of the screen. If it doesn’t show up press F11 to pull it out.
:c)	Type all or part of the name of the form in the Search box. If the Search box doesn’t show, right click on the Navigation Pane and select it from a list.
:d)	When the form you are looking for shows up in the list, right click on it and choose Design View.
:e)	When the form appears, click on the white entry box of the field you want to change. If the Property box doesn’t appear on the left, right click and choose Properties.
:f)	Go to the data tab, find the Default line and type in the new default value.
:g)	You are done! Save the form and test.
Below we changed the default of the Area Code field.
