Prime comes in three different versions. Certain features are only available in certain versions.

a)	Prime Standard is the version that programs use if they want to host the system themselves. This means the program would reside on their computers. The data is stored in the industrial-strength Microsoft SQL Server database software. Microsoft Access is used as a front end. Access doesn’t store data but provides the user with the forms reports and queries that allow them to interact with the data. There are over 110,000 lines of Visual Basic Code written by KCW and powering the program. Prime Office can be operated over the internet if it is combined with Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Citrix, or other remote control software. 

b)	Prime Cloud is basically Prime Office located on the servers of our hosting company, Venture Technologies, Inc. This over 200 million dollar a year company hosts Prime in their high security data center. Prime runs on the Internet and can include a series of web based features, such as the Online Client application system. Because Prime is running on the large computers at Venture, the speed is independent of your workstation. Except for your workstation running the browser on the Internet, everything else including computers, software, virus protection, backup, and maintenance are provided by Venture. Users can concentrate on what case management does, instead of worrying about what type of computers and software it uses.

c)	Prime Web Based runs using Microsoft Dot Net software. It is totally web based and has most of the features of Prime Office.
