Notes in Prime 16 go beyond just those things entered into client notes. There are several places that Notes draw from.

1.	When saving a time record the user has the option of also sending the reason (note) put on the time record to their case notes.

2.	The text of reasons (notes) on Calendar records are now shown in the case notes.

3.	The special program that tracks cases and hearings.

4.	The special program that tracks meetings.

Two more places have been added to this list. Case notes also draw information from the tables storing:

1.	Email messages

2.	Texting to Clients.

These messages show up not only on the notes displayed on the case note but are also part of the printout of the Notes.
