View source for Testing Internet Speed

Sometimes things may appear to be slow when working with Internet capable system. To help determine where the cause may be located, try the following:

1) In a web browser go to: https://speedtest.net
Wait for the main page to load. Toward the lower-right of the large circle, click the "Change server" option. In the search box, type in "Jackson" and then choose the "Jackson, MS - C Spire option. Then click the large "Go". Take a screen shot of the results page and send to me. Those results should look like this:

2) Open a terminal box (Windows+R, type in 'cmd' and hit enter).
In the terminal window, type in the following and then hit return:  tracert 68.216.176.126
Let this run for a while.  When it appears finished, take a screen shot of the entire box (you may have to resize it) and send to me. Those results should look like this:

3) Open a terminal box (Windows+R, type in 'cmd' and hit enter).
In the terminal window, type in the following and then hit return: ping 68.216.176.126
Let this run for a while.  When it appears finished, take a screen shot of the entire box (you may have to resize it) and send to me. Those results should look like this:
