::ii) Show Notes by Date - a list of all of the case notes in all the associated cases sorted by date and time.
::iii) Show Notes by Case - a list of all of the case notes in all the associated cases sorted by case number, then by date and time.
::iv) Show Time by Date - a list of all the time records in the associated cases sorted by date and time.
::v) Show Time by Case - a list of all the time records in the associated cases sorted by case number, then by date and time.
::vi) Calendar Events - a list of all the associated calendar records sorted by date.
::vii) Outcomes - a list of all the Outcomes sorted by dates and totaled at the end.
::viii) Show Staff - a list of all the staff members who were on the cases associated with the master case.
