Prime Case Management System (Prime) is a powerful case management software system with many features. Because it has so many features, it is unlikely that your office will use all of them. The most useful features are those that will save you time or increase the quality of your work

This documentation often gives you step-by-step instructions on how to use many of the features. However, it should not be your only source of information. You should use it in conjunction with other Microsoft Access (Access) books, training materials, demos, and seminars from Kemp’s Case Works (KCW).

Installation and Administration information is located at the end of this documentation. This is because it is of greatest interest to the Database Administrator and Applications Administrator and not to the general User.

The more you know and understand Prime and Access, the greater your ability to maximize the quantity, quality, and efficiency of the work you do on behalf of your clients.
