When you design a query, do a report or just want to look at what is in the database in a raw state, you have to find where things are stored. Everything in Prime is stored in Tables. These tables have a naming convention.
If you go into the Navigation Pane and look at the list of tables, they are named following the below conventions.
| Table Naming | Example | What it Means |
|---|---|---|
| Begins with Z | zTitleIII | Special Program |
| No prefix | ClientsW | Main Tables - Hold Clients Information |
| sub | subCCity | Supporting Table - usually pulldowns, City list |
| yy (except yyIM) | yyQuestions | Interview system - List of Questions |
| yyIM | yyIMessages | Internal Messaging - Messages |
| _Deleted | ClientsW_deleted | Automatic backup of deleted records (you might not be able to see these) |
| Ypj | ypjProblems | Project Management - problems in project |
| ScreeningX | ScreeningXsubProbType | Web Online Intake - problem code list |
