What if you have an attorney who has registered to use the Web Portal (and may have done so), but you want to remove his access to the Web Portal?  In other words, you do not want him to be able to log on to the portal at all.

It's very easy to remove his approval to use the website.  Open the lawyer's record, go to the "PBI Portal Registration" tab, and remove the checkmark from the "Is Approved" box.  This will prevent that attorney from logging in to the Web Portal.

What if you have an attorney who has registered to use the Web Portal (and may have done so), but you want to remove his access to the Web Portal? In other words, you do not want him to be able to log on to the portal at all.

It's very easy to remove his approval to use the website. Open the lawyer's record, go to the "PBI Portal Registration" tab, and remove the checkmark from the "Is Approved" box. This will prevent that attorney from logging in to the Web Portal.
