Web:LSC §1611 Extended Eligibility Documentation

A new Special Program feature available in Kemp's Prime Web versions starting after 11/16/2023. This Special Program allows you to document your Extended Eligibility determinations to comply with LSC §1611.

To open, go to the Context Menu and choose Special Programs. In the Special Programs list, select LSCExtended Eligibility.aspx.

New Entry

If no entry has been made, you will see a blank form:

Click on the "Add new documentation entry" to add a new entry. Click on "LSC Regulations" to review the requirements of that section.

Adding a new entry

After choosing "Add new documentation entry" you should have a blank form:

Choose an appropriate item from the "Asset Information" portion to determine asset eligibility. Once you have chosen the appropriate one, the form should show "Asset Eligible" at the top.

If the applicant is below 200% poverty, click the checkbox to see additional items under the "Income Exceptions".

Some income exceptions (such as "Income committed..." and "Other factors..." have additional items that must be entered to appropriately comply with §1611. [Review the regulations and your program's policies for specific information that must be documented.] These additional items may be Extenuating Circumstances and additional Documentation:

Click "Save" to save the entry. The form then should look like this:

Editing an existing entry

An existing entry should look like this:

Click "Edit" to open and modify. Then click "Save" to save new entries and changes.

Click "Print" to print the page.

Click "Delete" to delete the entry.
