Staff Roles

a) In order to have access to the staff choices, a user must have either the Admin role (number 1) or else be specifically granted rights to work with Smember role (number 10). These are the specific roles that can be granted a user. Admin 1 Reports 3 Letters 6 Grants 7 Donations 8 Trust 9 Smember (Staff Member) 10 PBI 11 Dashboard Graphics 12 Online Intakes 14 Vault 15 No Role Assigned 20
b) On the Access Ribbon Bar, Staff Roles are set under Admin Staff Settings Staff Roles.


c) These roles can be set individually using this form, or the Administrator could use an Update Query in Microsoft Access to assign them.
