a) Audit Log – Turns an Audit Log that provides reports and maintenance on the table that is created on and off. You can run audits by Date or Staff Member. If you use this feature, you will want to make sure that it is cleaned out on a regular basis. The Error Alert that starts when you open Prime has an error message that appears if the number of listings in the tblLog table exceeds 150,000 records.

b) Canned Notes – Canned notes are available on the Callback, Eligibility, Lawyers, and Client’s Intake Case Notes tab. It is also available on the subforms that appear for setup when you choose to send a Form Letter. The Canned Notes screen allows you to edit or add canned notes in Prime

- 1) To pick a canned note to edit, select a note from the pull down and edit its contents
- 2) To add a canned note, click on Add to get a blank form
- i) Select a Usual Location (Callback, Eligibility, Intake, or Letter to Client)
- ii) Give the note a Unique Note Name. Make sure you standardize the notes using rules such as NE for not eligible, CL for closing information, etc.
- iii) Enter the note in the Enter Note Here field.
c) Canned Notes PBI Lawyers – Works the same as Canned Notes but only applies to Volunteer Lawyers
