Calendar
Retrieves one or more appointments, tickles, and general calendar events
Calendar View
Uses a Calendar form to show on which days an office has something scheduled for one or all staff members; dates with activities are highlighted in red and can be printed out. This is similar to the one on the Home Start Screen.
1) Event Date – Defaults to the current date
2) Advocate – Select an advocate in the advocate field to narrow the results
3) Office – Select an office to narrow the results
4) Dates with Activity button – Click on this button to color dates red where there is an event
5) The Month and Year buttons allow you to move between months and years
6) Clicking on a date displays the calendar events for that date on the right. You can modify those events from the screen at the right when they appear
Date Calculator
Pops up a date calculator that allows the user to compute the number of days between two dates; the dates can be input directly or by clicking on the calendar; useful when trying to figure out number of days available to respond to a pleading.
i) You can either calculate how many days and weeks between two dates, or
ii) You can enter a number of days into the Days to add to Start Date field and calculate the day of week and date it will fall on

Locates one or more time slips
PBI Time
Locates one or more PBI time slips
Documents
Locates documents that have been attached that may or may not be related to a case
1) Doc Folder – Tells what folder the selected document is located in
2) Brief Bank – Filters all of your brief bank documents
3) Manage – Opens up your file drives to manage

Searches documents using the Microsoft SQL Server Full Text feature. Using the feature works the same as Case Notes Text, which is described in Search Client Clients Case Notes
Agencies
Retrieves information on a specific agency or finds one or more agencies that meet certain criteria (e.g., the record for the Metropolitan Shelter for Women & Children or a list of agencies in DeKalb County that deal with domestic violence issues)

1) Using this Multi-Criteria button works almost the same as the one for Lawyers, as described in PBI Lawyers
2) Narrow your search by selecting a county, subject, or organization (agency)
3) You can also search by specific words in the agency notes
4) Subject detail allows you to see the subjects handled by the agency selected
Contacts
Locates one more contacts in the system such as social workers, witnesses, or opposing counsels
Courts
Retrieves one or more courts in the system
Internal Messages
Retrieves one or more internal messages in the system
1) Messaging – Opens up the internal messaging system to view and send messages
2) Full Message – Looks at the full message selected
Interview Advice
Allows you to search for advice that can be given to clients in the system based on a word, problem code, special problem code, or national index code
Judges
Retrieves one or more judges in the system
Other Services
Locates and looks at activities that are not case-related or are difficult to account for using a client intake sheet
Project Management
Retrieves one or more projects in Prime
