Internal Messages
Staff may use Internal Messages to send a message to another staff person within Prime.
Add/Send
To Add/Send a new message, from the Main Menu, choose Add-->Other-->Internal Messages. Within other parts of the system, to send a Message that is associated with a particular record (e.g., a client case), choose Internal Message from the Context Menu within the record.
Read
To Read an Internal Message, from the Main Menu, choose Search-->Other-->Internal Message. Use the search screen to find the appropriate entry and open it. You can also see messages from the home (default) page, if you click in the "Unread Messages" box on one of the messages. If no messages are showing, click on the "No messages found!" note to open the reading page.
