Setting Your Interface

You set your interface from either the Ribbon Bar or the Touch Tiles screens.

From the Ribbon Bar

Go to the View choice on the Ribbon bar and select your choices under the Set Startup group.

From the Touch Tiles

Click on the Setup Start Tile and then make your choice on this menu.

If you chose not to use the Tabbed Documents view in Access, you can use the Windows Size choice on the Ribbon Bar under Home. This allows you to switch, size and arrange the windows. Note: This will NOT work if you have the overall program set for Tabbed Documents, since this setting prevents showing multiple Windows at the same time.

Windows can be arranged in one of three ways on the Windows Size menu.

1) Tile Horizontally – Causes windows to tile stacked horizontally

2) Tile Vertically – Causes windows to tile side by side.

3) Cascade – Causes windows to fan out across your desktop with the title bar of each window showing like fanning a deck of cards.
