Close Preview

Microsoft’s method to close print previews of forms and reports leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t always work correctly and often requires multiple steps. To ease closing print previews, use the button under Close Preview on the Ribbon bar. This senses whether there is a report or form open and closes it in a single step.
