Many programs would like better communications with their clients. The Client Status Web Portal is an optional add-on that allows a client to use the Internet to check on the status of their case. They can upload or download documents, read or leave messages, see calendar entries, and review the overall progress of their case. This is ideal for clients who have difficulty communicating with the office. They can log in and check the status of their case at any time. It is a good alternative to telephone calls and letters
