Application Stage
a) When the application system is first accessed, clients have the option of either (1) making a new application or (2) checking the status of an existing application. Clicking on the Make a new application displays the first page of disclaimers and general information. As with Prime, just about everything in the online application system can be modified to fit your needs.

b) The applicant fills out much of the same information they would supply in a telephone or in-person interview. Each page has its own “error checking” so that the applicant can proceed to the next page only if everything required on the current page is complete. Omissions or errors are typically shown with a yellow background and accompanying red error note. Page numbers at the top right change to indicate the progress through the application.

c) If an applicant needs help with understanding something, they can click on one of the help buttons (which appear as a Question Mark in a circle).

d) Clicking on a Question Mark gets a small pop-up box with more information about that particular issue.

e) The final page allows them to review their application and make any changes they might need to make before submitting. It also asks for a password they would use to log back in to check the status of the application.

f) When they submit their application, they are given the information they will need to log back in to check the status of the application as well as any additional information you might want them to see. They can also print a copy of the application from here.

g) If an applicant immediately checks the status of their application, it will tell them it is Pending Review.
