Billing using the Special Program

Prime also has a special program and reports that support a billing function. This could be used to bill clients under a reduced rate program or used to bill funders for work that was done under a case handled for them. Notice the bottom of the form gives you a summary of the amount billed and number of bills. It also shows the total amount received in payment of this amount and the balance.

There is a report for the billing slips in the system that can be run from the Report Selector or Report Preview described earlier in this manual.
