Poverty Guidelines

It is very simple to update the guidelines.

Go to Admin --> Go to the Setup Tables Button or pick Setup Tables under the Setup Functions choice. Within the Setup Tables form, choose "Eligibility –Eligibility Guidelines".

Overwrite the Yearly income with 125% of the yearly poverty guideline next to each family size, which is represented by the column labeled Num. (You could cut and paste the values in.) The eligibility slip reduces this value to 100% when calculating percentage of poverty. There is a family size listed for 1 to 11 members here.

The monthly and weekly compute automatically. Notice it is Group 1, which is used by the Eligibility slip.

Note: Since the table can hold multiple eligibility guidelines for different funding sources, you may need to modify the values of other Groups. (There are none displayed here in the example.)
