Prime's Custom Ribbon Bar Menu

Our custom Ribbon Bar for Prime can be collapsed, as is shown here, or expanded to show the icons.


The icons show all the time if the Ribbon Bar is NOT collapsed. Right click on the Ribbon and select whether to have it collapsed or not. If collapsed, clicking on one of the word choices displays the applicable icons.


The choices on the Ribbon Bar are as follows:

1) View – Set your default Startup Screen and Main Menu. You can choose to display and use any of the startup screens or main menus.

2) Add – This allows you to add information, such as eligibility slips, client records, courts, other services, etc.

3) Search – Search screens make it easy to find information you previously entered to refer to, supplement or edit.

4) Reports – Choose from over 500 preprogrammed reports or use the custom report building features. You also access the Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Screen from here.

5) Admin – Setup the program and run restricted features such as Donations, Trust, Online Intake, etc.

6) Help – Join the user group, read a Basic Guide, access the Knowledge Base or go to the KCW website.

7) Close Preview – Use this to close the print preview for forms or reports. Microsoft has made this more difficult in the past and this button makes it much easier.

8) Exit – Save your work and leave Prime.
