Web:All Fields Search
- Update 11/8/2021 - All Fields Search has been expanded to: Agency, Callback, Conflicts, Court, Difficult Person, Eligibility, Judge, Law Firm, Lawyer and Online Intake.
The Client Search Screen in Prime 16 (Web) now defaults to “ALL FIELDS” for searching. This means you can search across all fields within the Client record at one time. As a result, if you know some information about the client, you should be able to quickly find that client without having to determine which field in which you should search. For example, say you remember a client that you associate with the number “417”. Enter that in the “ALL FIELDS” search. The results will show clients that have “417” somewhere in their client record. That could be in a case number (21E-200417), or an address (7417 E Meadowbrook), or area code (417), or social security number (317-99-4172), or phone number (772-4177), or zip code (85417), etc. The result can be at the beginning, middle, or end of the field entry.
Here, we search for 2007 across ALL FIELDS. You can see results in case number, dates, and phone numbers (other results are in address and other fields not shown here):
