Error Checking

Your staff entry may have settings that run error checking against entries in Prime. If you do have those settings and have errors in Prime, you will be sent to the Error Check screen after logging on. This screen shows errors that exist in Prime.

Allowed Errors

At the top, the system shows you how many errors you are allowed and how many errors are shown. If if you have more errors than allowed, you will not be able to pass this screen until you fix those errors.

Fixing Errors

To fix an error, click on the line showing the error.

That will open a pop-over window that shows the entry with the error. Fix the error and press the Save button (typically in the top right corner). Then press the "Close This Error Box" button to close the pop-over window.

Updating Error List

Once you have fixed an error (or more), press the "Refresh" button to update the list of errors. Note that the errors shown should fall by the number of items you fixed.

Moving on to Prime -- Enter Prime

The "Enter Prime" button may be disabled if your errors are more than those allowed. Fix errors and update the list. Once the number of errors is below the allowed errors, the "Enter Prime" button should be enabled. Click it to continue to Prime.
