Go to Administration, expand "Forms" and choose the Add/Edit/Delete Form Letters option.

Add Form Letter

Use the "Add a new form" area to add a new form letter.

1) A blank form letter appears
2) Enter the Letter Name and Description (refer to the box on the screen for form name prefixes, e.g., LStaffJohnsOpenDV).
3) Add the FormText for the letter
i) Type in the text for the letter and use the Spell Check button
ii) Copy and paste text from another letter in Prime
iii) Copy and paste the body of a letter you currently use from a word processing application into FormText box. Note: When a user copies and pastes from a word processor program, problems may occur. This is because word processor documents often have embedded codes that store information about fonts, spacing, etc. To eliminate this problem, first paste the letter into Notepad. This strips off all the formatting. Then copy and paste from Notepad into Prime.
iv) Press Insert to add the new form letter

Modify Form Letter

Lets you edit the text in existing form letters or add new letters to the list. From the pull down menu, choose the letter you want to change. Edit the text and/or the description of the form. Press Update to save your changes.
