Logon
Depending on your organization's setup, logon may be a multi-step process.
ConvergeOne Login
The first step is to verify your association with your organization using the username assigned to you within ConvergeOne. Normally, this takes the format <First Name>.<Last Name> So, if your name is Johnny Sharpe, your ConvergeOne username may be: Johnny.Sharpe ConvergeOne may assign a username with a domain (e.g., "CLOUD\Johnny.Sharpe") or a username in an email format (e.g., "Johnny.Sharpe@YourOrganization.org"). Only the name portion should be entered here (e.g., "Johnny.Sharpe" -- without the quotes) then press the "Check your username against ConvergeOne's files" button.
Only users and user names associated with your organization's ConvergeOne setup may pass beyond this stage.
Staff Number Log In
The second step is to validate your staff number, password, and email address. All three of these items must match the entries made for you by your organization's administrator. These entries are NOT controlled by ConvergeOne--they are entered and managed by staff in your organization who are responsible for the Prime case management system.
The password must be complex. The defaults for the password are that it must contain at least 10 characters, have 2 upper case letters, 2 lower case letters, 2 numbers, and 2 special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*).
The email address must match the email address entered for your staff number in the staff member table. In most instances, this will be an email address within your organization's email system.
Enter these three pieces of information and then press the "Log In" button.
Email Verification
Depending on your organization's setup, there may be a third stage to the entire logon process. This is in the form of an email verification. Using the email address you entered in step 2, matching the email address in your staff setup, an authentication code may be emailed to you to ensure you have rights to open the Prime case management system. Leave the browser open here until you receive the email. If you close the browser and attempt to log on again later, the code will change. Additionally, codes are only good for a short period of time and will expire.
Check your email for the authentication code and enter it in the box and press the "Enter Code" button. If the code generated and sent by the system matches the one you enter, you will be logged on to Prime.
If you do not receive an authentication code, press the "Resend Code To Me" to have the system email the code again. Make sure to check any SPAM or JUNK email folders in your email system in case the authentication email is flagged. You may also want to whitelist the domain "KempsCaseWorks.com" in your email system to ensure you receive these emails.
Logging
Remember that all usage is logged. That includes your use of a ConvergeOne login name, entry of staff number, password, and email address, etc.
