Main Menu
The primary, Main Menu for Prime appears only on the Home Screen.
Activities in Prime are broken down into the categories of:
1) Add -- adding a new item or record of a particular type (Callback, Eligibility, Client, Lawyer, etc.)
2) Search -- to find and edit or change a record of a particular type
3) Finance -- for Fundraising, Grant, and Trust system management
4) Reports -- for reporting on data in Prime
5) Administration -- for setup and administrative management of prime
6) Help -- to get to the Online User's Manual
Use
Position your mouse over one of the top line items (Add, Search, Finance, etc.) to get it to dropdown and show its available items. Select a sub item by clicking on it. Some sub items have an arrow next to them to indicate they contain additional sub items.
Security
Some items in Prime require special user roles to access. Examples include the Online Intake System (Search-->Online Intake), Finance, Reports, and Administration. Most user's work in Prime will be confined to adding and searching/editing entries.
