PBI Email Notice System

Version Update: PBI Email Notice System V2 (December 19, 2017)

The PBI Email Notice System is an automated system that will send email to volunteer lawyers notifying them of potential cases that are available on the PBI Web Portal. It will automatically send digest email—an email that has a list of cases that are selected using the attorney’s preferred geographical area and legal subjects.

The attorney can choose the frequency of those emails. They can be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. The system tracks the last digest email sent to the attorney and will not send another digest email until the selected time. Since cases may be put up for selection before an email is sent, the list of cases sent to an attorney only includes those cases available at the time an email is sent.
