The Optional Online Application System allows clients to apply for assistance online. This can save an office time and money, as the office avoids having to do an intake and type in the information.

System Requirements for the Online Intake – Note: If you are using the Hosted Version on Venture, all required items are provided and available

i) Windows Server 2003 or higher
ii) Internet Information Services (IIS) installed and running—included as a part of the Windows Server system
iii) .NET 2.0 or higher installed and registered with IIS— included as a part of the Windows Server system
iv) SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher
v) Access 2010 or higher
vi) Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 (Express or Full Version—the Express version is available as a free download from Microsoft)
vii) Administrator level access to IIS and SQL servers and front-end of Prime’s system
viii) IIS and SQL servers must be on same network

Optional (Recommended) Items – The installation cannot provide these items. They may require your IT staff or a specialist to configure or provide. If you are using Venture’s Hosted Version, optional items 1 and 2 are provided; 3 is available at a small cost

i) A static, public IP address for IIS server—this may be provided by your ISP for an additional fee
ii) Modification of network or firewall(s) to allow external computers to connect to the Online Intake website
iii) SSL Certificate for IIS server—this must be purchased from a SSL Certificate vendor
